.    Les Rendez-Vous de la Francophonie 2021

As part of the 23rd edition of Les Rendez-Vous de la Francophonie (RVF), which will be held from March 1 to 31, 2021, we encourage you to celebrate the presence of French all across the country.

The 2021 poster (see below) reflects the theme ''Acadia, at the heart of my country! One language, thousands of stories''.  The person in the sculpture sets off to share their culture and their story with Canadians.  The person's face expresses at once joy, wisdom, resilience and, above all, pride in their heritage.  A lighthouse, symbolically placed near the bow, illustrates the intent of the 2021 RVF: to shine a light on the enormous contribution of the Acadians, a founding people, to the construction of our Canadian identity.
